Terms of Service

1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms constitute an offer under applicable Russian law.
1.2. Registration, use of the Service, or payment constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
1.3. The service provider is Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «ТРИАРХ», Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1269100009485, Tax ID (INN) 9100005672, Tax Registration Reason Code (KPP) 910001001 (the Provider).
1.4. The Service is available at https://app.aaarch.ru.
1.5. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy at https://app.aaarch.ru/privacy.
2. Service
2.1. Триарх converts uploaded architectural images into generated visualizations using artificial-intelligence technologies.
2.2. A generation service is delivered when a successful result becomes available in the interface. Refund conditions are described below.
2.3. A result is a file in a supported format (PNG, JPEG, or WebP) available while the related data remains stored by the Service. Users should download results promptly.
3. Registration and access
3.1. Access is provided through one or more OAuth providers actually available on the sign-in page. The available providers depend on deployment configuration.
3.2. The User is responsible for accurate account information, account security, and activity performed through the account.
4. Plans, payments, and subscriptions
4.1. Public paid launch is permitted only after mandatory cash-register and receipt infrastructure has been configured and verified. Until then, the Service does not claim that an electronic fiscal receipt is generated or delivered.
4.2. Paid plans and checkout remain unavailable until public paid launch. After launch, the current plan prices, features, and generation limits are published on the Site and form part of these Terms. The Provider may change the catalog by giving at least seven calendar days' notice through the Site and/or email.
4.3. After public paid launch, payments are processed through YooKassa. Full bank-card data is processed by YooKassa and is not stored by the Provider.
4.4. After subscriptions are enabled, selecting a paid plan may create a monthly subscription with automatic renewal when this is expressly disclosed in the selected plan and checkout interface. YooKassa stores the payment method for recurring charges. Current billing-period dates are displayed in the account.
4.5. After subscriptions are enabled, automatic renewal may be canceled in the Subscription section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Removing a stored payment method does not itself cancel a subscription. Availability of a free plan after expiry depends on the plans then offered.
4.6. Prices are stated in Russian rubles. Tax wording is subject to the Provider's confirmed tax treatment.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled in the cases and within the periods required by applicable consumer law. A request must be sent to support@aaarch.ru with sufficient payment details. Refunds are made through the original payment method where possible. The Service does not publish additional fixed refund grounds, availability thresholds, or proportional formulas until their legal review is complete.
6. Intellectual property
6.1. The User may use results only within the rights held in the source material, applicable law, and the terms of the AI providers actually used. The Service does not guarantee that exclusive rights arise in an AI-generated result.
6.2. User materials are not used to train models without separate explicit consent and an approved processing procedure.
6.3. Rights to the Service software, interface, and trademarks belong to their respective rightsholders. Use of the Service does not transfer those rights to the User.
7. User obligations
The User must use the Service lawfully, must hold the necessary rights to uploaded material, must not bypass technical restrictions, and is responsible for uploaded content.
8. Technical conditions
The Service requires a supported browser and an Internet connection. Generated output depends on source images, selected parameters, and model behavior; no particular artistic result is guaranteed.
9. Liability
The Provider uses reasonable efforts to operate the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generated result meets subjective expectations. Mandatory consumer protections and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Termination
The User may stop using the Service and request account deletion at support@aaarch.ru. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions. The Provider may suspend access for unlawful content, abuse, or material breach of these Terms.
11. Disputes and governing law
The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiations and a written claim. The Provider responds within 30 calendar days unless the law requires another period. Russian law applies. Statutory consumer jurisdiction rights and other protections that cannot be limited by agreement remain unaffected.
12. Changes
The Provider may update these Terms by giving at least seven calendar days' notice through the Site and/or email before the revision takes effect.
